Production Department

There are 266 people in the production department, including 1 director, 1 workshop director, 2 team leaders, and 262 technicians. Among them, Liu Xiangbin, a master craftsman, is the winner of the "2021 Master Craftsman of the Year", a national technical expert, a Chinese quality craftsman, and a former chief technician of the Aerospace Science and Technology Group. He has won many awards such as "Shaanxi Provincial Model Worker", "Shanqin Craftsman", and "Aerospace Contribution Award", and has made outstanding contributions to our lunar exploration project, manned spaceflight project, and navigation satellite development. He joined Top Titanium in 2022 as chief technician.

Smelting department

There are 31 people in the smelting department, including 2 team leaders and 29 technicians.

Forging Department

There are 13 people in the forging department, including 2 team leaders and 11 technicians.

Machining department

There are 100 people in the machining department, including 1 workshop director, 2 team leaders and 97 technicians.

Quality Inspection Department

There are a total of 21 people in the quality department, including 1 quality director, 1 quality department head, 1 inspection supervisor, 2 quality system specialists, and 17 inspectors. The head of the quality department holds a bachelor's degree and a qualification certificate for non-destructive testing, and has been engaged in titanium alloy material inspection work for 10 years.

1) Ms. Dong

Chief engineer

Senior engineer, engaged in titanium alloy processing for more than 20 years, mainly researching forging technology and new product and process development of titanium and titanium alloys. Has won 2 second prizes and 2 third prizes of provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological achievements, 4 patents, and published 9 papers. Drafting 2 national standards, 2 occupational appraisal standards, and 3 enterprise standards. Led the team to carry out research work on national key technology development projects such as "Development of TB6 Titanium Alloy Large Sized Bar" and "Development of TC4 Titanium Alloy Large Sized Bar for FSP and GT in Dafa". Responsible for participating in "Research on Forging Process of TC11 Alloy Large Sized Bar", "Development of TA7 Titanium Alloy Large Sized Bar", "Major Process Improvement of Large Sized Cake and Ring Materials", all of which achieved the expected goals of the project and achieved good results.

2) Mr. Lee

Production Director

Master's degree in Materials Science from Northwestern Polytechnical University. UTII certificate from the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, welding inspector from the British Welding Institute, registered welding inspector from the American Welding Society, practicing qualification as a national registered equipment supervision engineer, and qualification to serve as a material engineer. Formerly served as the Director of the Technical Quality Department at Xi'an Aerospace Bocheng New Materials Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of 7414 Factory of Aerospace 4 Institute) and the Director of the Quality Department at Shaanxi Huamagnete Material Technology Co., Ltd.

3) Mr. Lei

Technical Director

Senior Engineer, Ph.D. in Materials Science from Northwestern Polytechnical University. He has served as the Technical Director of Xinjiang Xiangrun New Material Technology Co., Ltd., the Chief Engineer of Shaanxi Huamagnesium Special Material Technology Co., Ltd., and the Associate Researcher of Titanium Alloy Research Institute of Northwest Nonferrous Metals Research Institute. He has published more than 20 papers, authorized more than 10 patents, and won 5 provincial and ministerial level science and technology awards, including 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 2 third prizes. Having a solid theoretical foundation and rich experience in scientific research and practical production, proficient in the full process preparation technology of melting, forging, rolling, heat treatment, machining, etc. for various titanium alloy products.
